Vision Moratel 2050

The project aims to enhance the diversity of uses present on the site—public beach, harbour, campsite, restaurant and sailing club—by improving their articulation and limiting conflicts of use.

Clarifying public and private statuses will enable a clearer reading of spaces and foster harmonious coexistence among the different users. The continuous lakeside promenade is reaffirmed as the site’s guiding thread, through improved pedestrian routes, access thresholds and the overall quality of atmospheres.

The landscape and ecological quality of the shoreline will be enhanced through increased planting, a greater diversity of species and differentiated treatments for harbour, pastoral and recreational areas. Finally, parking will be reorganised in a more qualitative and integrated manner.
