Chamblioux–Bertigny Sector, Health and Activities Hub

As part of the MEP Pôle Santé et Activités in Bertigny, our Resilio team committed to defending soil preservation, structured around three strong principles:

Reducing the construction perimeter and concentrating urban development on already built-up areas.

Protecting several dozen hectares of agricultural land through a compact planning strategy endorsed by the panel of experts.

Promoting functional mix: bringing workplaces, healthcare, services and housing closer together in order to limit travel.

Result: a project that meets the ambitions of the Fribourg Climate Plan and places Fribourg on a path toward sustainable and resilient urban development.
